Our community consists of 280 talented and enthusiastic students and a dedicated staff of thirty-four. The spirit and passion of our students, parents, teachers and administration for a quality Catholic education and all of us working together is what makes our school so special.
Since September 1909 St. Anselm School has opened its doors to the children of the South Bronx. We are proud and inspired by our legacy that began 115 years ago. With this as our foundation, we continue to serve in the same tradition of faith and academic excellence that has marked our success for more than a century.
We believe that St. Anselm’s School exists to educate the whole child : spiritually, intellectually, emotionally and physically. Therefore, we aspire to create a safe and structured environment in which as many children as possible can be served. All of this can only be achieved through a spirit of mutual cooperation among teachers, parents and administrator. Believing in one God, St. Anselm’s School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administered programs. > Click here to view our Goals & Objectives.
